Indications: Recurring memory that is painful, traumatic, or annoying.
Additional indications: Any experience with violent crime, such as an attack, rape,
witnessing violence, or even instigating violence that plays on the mind frequently
or continually. Any unpleasant scene with others, a fight, an embarrassing moment
can cause painful thoughts. Any frightening thing, from thunderstorms and tornadoes
to scary scenes in movies that can cause nightmares (especially in, but not limited
to, children). A repeated annoying thought, such as the aforementioned embarrassing
moments or a song heard on the radio you can't get out of your mind. Thoughts of
past failures or shortcomings. Forget About It is a holistic approach to obsessive/compulsive
behavior and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Instructions: Take three drops in a small amount of water eight times a day, while
thinking of the thought you want to forget. When you can no longer easily think of
it when you are about to take the Therapy, continue taking the Therapy. When you
can't think of it easily for three doses in a row, you're done. You may take Forget
About It again whenever disturbing or traumatic incidents occur. There is no limit
to the number of times you can take this Therapy. NOTE: For fast recovery from nightmares,
mix a few drops of Forget About It with lotion and apply to temples.
We've all had them. Those thoughts that won't go away no matter how much we wish
them to. Thoughts of tripping in the hallway when the eyes of the whole school are
on you, maybe. That one could linger for years to come. Thoughts of that guy down
the street who made himself obnoxious at a party and annoyed you like crazy. Or thoughts
of an accident, a horrific event, or traumatic time. Sometimes the memories come
frequently, sometimes only once in a while.
We don't need them. They are not a plus in our lives. But they can cling to us for
decades. Not only is it not necessary to have these thoughts, it can distract the
mind from things that would benefit it more. It can keep us from enjoying the present,
and in the case of a violent crime, could change our whole lives, fearful that it
could happen again.
There are different ways to handle such things. You could go to a psychologist and
try to reason through the memory, reliving it in detail, and laboriously trying to
get rid of it from the outer layers. There are times when that can be useful and
effective. What we propose is to give as little attention as possible to the memory
itself, but go beyond it to consciousness. Wading through the junk, without paying
attention to it, until we find the treasure. It's not necessarily an advantage to
remember tiny details of such unwanted memories, and most often life lessons we need
to learn can come more easily without creating a new trauma that going into the old
one in such detail would cause.
Now your inner vision may be focused on the painful memory. You can't tell yourself
not to think of it. You'll only think of it more. Have you ever had a friend tell
you, "Don't look over there?" What's the first thing you do? "Where?"
and you look around. It doesn't work.
When we are stuck in a certain memory loop ordinary day-to-day experiences are not
enough to break the cycle. Even sprinkling momentous occasions with the day-to-day
stuff is only enough to make us forget temporarily. This Therapy, Forget About It,
goes beyond the physical, beyond thought to the clear pool of consciousness within
us. Like a dip in a cool pond, it can refresh us and help us reorient ourselves.
Reorient our inner vision.
When we have something that draws our attention more, painful thoughts will fade.
Again, it is a long, laborious route to try to get rid of thoughts from the level
of thought. Our Therapy works on the level of consciousness, where a slight balancing
of our inner vision can blur the unwanted memory, and help it fade from our awareness.
We won't completely forget it, but our attention will turn elsewhere.
You may take this Therapy with any other drug or treatment. It's not necessary to
stop anything you may be doing, and because this is a Divine Therapy, and because
the Divine is guiding the healing process, we may be led to other things that could
help us while we are taking it. You may take it with or without food, whatever is
convenient. You may take it along with one or two other Grace Healing Arts Divine
Therapies, but we recommend no more than that. Start with one exclusively for three
days before beginning the second, and another four days before starting the third.
It's important to take the Therapy for the full six weeks. You are, in effect, forming
a new habit in the nervous system. You want to allow time for the change, and time
to stabilize it.
Space your daily dosages out through the day. If you miss a dose, try to get it in,
but if you can't, don't worry. Trust that you are getting what you need. Simply start
with the intention to take the Therapy as recommended, do your best, and relax. Your
comfort is paramount.
This Therapy was made with light, love, and joy through the Grace of God.
