Instructions: For crisis fears take three drops in a small amount of water every hour as long as needed. In extreme cases, put the three drops directly under the tongue for the first dose. For ongoing fears, timidity or nervousness, take two drops in a small amount of water six or seven times a day for as long as needed.

Have you ever observed a fearless child? He/she slides headfirst down a sliding board or whips down a slope on a snowboard glorying in the speed and excitement. Oblivious to danger, it’s only after the reality of the limitations of the human form have been demonstrated through accident or mis-judgment that such a child learns caution. A traumatic experience can breed fear.

But not every child is fearless. Some have caution bred in their bones, some are overly timid or frightful from birth. Fear, or courage, like any other human quality is individual, and we all do not have it in equal portions. Some may have accumulated in a past we can remember, others is past lives we do not.

But most people  do feel afraid at some point in their lives. For many it’s a safety mechanism that keeps us from doing something foolish and life-threatening. But isn’t it better to be motivated by wisdom rather than fear? Knowing that you’re capable of achieving something, whether it be a magnificent ice skating move or building your own business from the ground up, and stretching to realize your goal is wisdom and requires determination and persistence to achieve. Knowing, with your physical or mental capabilities, different courses of action would work more fluidly is also wisdom. Being afraid to even try , whether the capacity is there or not, is fear, another story altogether.

Night, or day, terrors, panic attacks and dread make the world a dark, alarming, fearsome place. You don’t have to live with such distress.

Some work through fears. If you have, for instance, a fear of dogs, you may try forcing yourself to face your fear.
