It’s not necessary to discover all the whys and wherefores of how you got stuck, or even how to become unstuck, though people often find talk about it satisfying to the heart. But how much more effective would talk be, if it’s done on the basis of a fundamental change that is taking place within you.
Changes can take place from within. You may hear advice you’ve heard time and time again, but have been unable to take the action it required. But with the inward change, it now may be easy to do.
