Indications: Sleep difficulties; either trouble falling asleep, insomnia, or staying asleep, or trouble waking up, or sleeping too much.
Additional indications: Any sleep disorder, or the feeling that we are never fully awake, that our awareness is sleepy and you constantly miss oportunities or other aspects of life because of a dull, fuzzy mind. Sleep apnea, sleep deprivation, waking up at night, sleepy all the time, sleeping sickness, tired all the time, fear of sleep, nightmares.
Instructions: Take two drops in a small amount of water six times a day every day for six week.
Sleep is a necessary function of life. After one or two sleepless nights most of
us feel dull, our minds are as sharp as rubber ball, and our moods are irritable.
Many people wake up to an alarm, and groggily make their way to the coffee maker
so they can get their morning shot of caffeine. After the caffeine, of course, the
mind has a sharper edge and we have enough energy to start the day; at least enough
to make it to the next cup of coffee.
But after years of that what kind of shape do you think your body's in? An acid stomach,
maybe; those caffeine highs and lows that can make you, or others dealing with you,
crazy, and stained teeth from your beverage of choice. And a body so fatigued that
the only way you can make it through the day is to drink coffee, or at least some
soft drink with the necessary caffeine
You can, of course, take a sleeping pill to sleep every night, but then you run
the risk of dependence. It may be an easy way to function, to snap awake whenever
you need to or fall asleep instantly after taking a pill, but wouldn't it be better
to 1.) Make enough time to rest? 2.) Make sure that the time you have to sleep is
spent sleeping, rather than tossing and turning? Wouldn't it be nice to find a natural

you have to rest in actual sleep, that's where we come in.
You may have noticed that the indications for this Sleep Therapy encompass a range
of sleep disorders: different kinds of insomnia and also trouble awakening, or sleeping
too much. Two kinds of problems on either end of the scale. Just to add another aspect:
some may feel that their whole life is sleepy, that they are not awake to the good
in life or to opportunites; that greater alertness, "awakeness" is needed.
This, too, is an aspect of sleep that can be corrected.
Other remedies work on the symptoms, and a different remedy is needed for each of
your problems. But at a subtle level, at the source of all the symptoms, there is
the part within us that governs the sleep process. It's not something most modern
medical practitioners would look at, mainly because it's not apparent. Not even with
all the sleep monitoring equipment available. Those machines can only see the symptoms,
or brain waves in their manifest form, and the subtle level we're talking about is
deeper than that. The brain waves spring from something. Sleep patterns spring from
something, and it is that level of the "something," the level of consciousness
itself, that is where our Therapy is most effective. And no machinery in existence
can measure how awake we are to life.
Our Therapies go to the basis of the function of sleep; to the area where they are
formed. From that subtle level, great changes can be made with only a slight change
of angle. A rocket ship is launched and the angle it takes determines where it will
land. One way, makes it reach it's desired destination, but only a slight change
in angle can make it land hundreds of miles away. That's what I'm talking about.
It's only a slight shift of angle, and not difficult if you work at the source of
the angle, but can make a huge difference. And that is why our Therapy can aid different
kinds of sleep disorders. We go to the root of all sleep problems.
Grace Healing Arts Divine Therapy for Sleep causes no side effects and may be taken
with any other medication or treatment. It may be taken with food, or without. Your
choice. You can take one or two other Grace Healing Arts Divine Therapies at the
same time. We suggest that you start with one exclusively for three days before introducing
another, and wait an additional four days before starting the third.
We recommend that you take the Therapy six times a day for six weeks. What you are
doing, in essence, is letting your body form a new sleep habit, or a new habit of
being awake. It's generally held that it takes thirty days to form a new habit. You
are breaking the old pattern, forming a new habit (a new sleep pattern), and allowing
yourself time to stabilize. Even if you start sleeping better after two weeks, we
suggest that you continue to take the Therapy for the full six weeks.
If you miss a dosage, don't worry. Make it up if you can, but if you can't, trust
that Nature is organizing and that your system is getting what it needs. Just have
the intention to take your Therapy as recommended, do your best, and relax. Your
