Indications: Loss of feeling, either physical or emotional, due to overwhelming
sensations, such as too many emotional setbacks.
Additional Indications: Feeling out-of-touch with emotions, lack of feeling in
dealings with others, feeling that nothing touches you, makes you happy or sad anymore,
emotional numbness; paralysis in any part of the body, due to stroke, accident, or
illness, psychosomatic or real, lack of integration between body/mind/feelings, or
loss of feeling in the physical body.
Instructions: Take two drops in a small amount of water six times a day every day
for six weeks.
If drops of cold water were falling on your hand, drop after drop after drop, minute
and minute, hour after hour what would happen? Yes, it might drive you crazy, but
it also might make your hand numb after a time. After a while you might not even
notice the drops, because your hand is now numb.
In the same way events in life can affect us. Perhaps you experience hurt after hurt,
either physical or mental, and insulate yourself against it so you won't feel
the hurt again. In times of war or disaster I've heard people describe how
they stopped feeling the horror, and just went on, numb.
When feeling deeply leads to heartache it's natural to cocoon ourselves from
it. It's a form of self-protection. Even after the original cause is removed,
it's still natural to protect ourselves. How many of us have forgotten how
to feel deeply?
Surprisingly, even when you have events that make you overwhelmingly happy, that
numbness can occur. An actor, for instance, who lands his first major role would
be understandably exuberant. But then more parts come his way, and he's happy,
but that initial bliss has waned. After years of plum roles and the adulation of
fans, he would simply accept it as his due. He would become numb to events that would
have made him joyful in earlier times.
Divine Touch was created for people in just such situations. The name itself can
be thought of in a two-fold way. Grace Healing Arts provides the touch of the Divine
in this Therapy. It's primary ingredient is Divine Intelligence, and it is
through the direction of the Divine that it was created. Sometimes the only way to
help awaken those feelings within us that have gone numb is through the Will of the
Divine.
Because this Therapy works at the level of consciousness it can go beyond the numbness.
Think of it as a sky. At the lower levels there is a heavy cloud of pollution, like
the smog of L.A. It's hard to see the sky clearly because of that smog, and
sometimes, for some people, even hard to breathe. But if you were to rise higher,
you would pass some smog, and if you were to rise higher still, you would burst into
the sunshine and look down on the dark polluted clouds.
Though the ideal in real life is to get rid of the pollution, for the purposes of
our analogy let's just say we don't have to deal with it, and can just
rise above it. This Therapy doesn't deal with the situations that have led
to your numbness of feeling, but rises above them to find clear, true feelings. You
don't have to wade through the pollution, but go beyond, to the level of consciousness.
From that level feelings can be awakened again. At that very subtle level, real and
lasting change can take place.
Some might notice a change from Divine Touch right away, but others might not notice
the effects for some time. This is a natural remedy, not some quick-fix drug, and
it takes time for it to work in Nature's way. We strongly recommend taking the Therapy
for the full six weeks. You are, in effect, breaking old habits in the system, forming
new ones, and giving them a chance to stabilize. All that takes time. Often changes
are in motion when your six week period is over. Don't worry. Just as, 'an
object in motion remains in motion, etc.' the change will be completed even
after you've finished your course of treatment, so wait at least eight weeks
or more before assessing yourself.
Try to space your six dosages out through the day. If you miss a dose, try to make
it up, but if you can't, just Trust that you are getting what is best for
you. Start with the intention to take the Therapy as recommended, so your best, and
relax. Your comfort is important to us.
This Therapy may be taken with any other drug or treatment you choose, and may be
taken with, or without food, whatever is convenient. There are no side effects from
these Therapies. You may take it along with one or two other Grace Healing Arts Divine
Therapies. It is best to start with one exclusively for three days before introducing
another, and to wait an additional four days before starting the third.
